Thousand Oaks set a meet record in the boys 4x400 relay (3:18.17) at the Thousand Oaks Invitational. Newbury Park (3:19.11) also bettered the old meet record. @vcspreps

Jaden Griffin of Newbury Park set a Ventura Country record for the boys 100, winning the Maurice Greene Invitational in 10.43. The old mark was 10.46 by Jamison Jordan of Rio Mesa in 2010. Jalen Aguilar-Carnes of Newbury Park was third in 10.62. @vcspreps

Camarillo was second in the boys 4x400 relay (3:20.05) at the Maurice Greene Invitational. Newbury Park was third (3:20.87). @vcspreps

Taya Frodis of Thousand Oaks was second in the girls pole vault (11-8) at the Maurice Greene Invitational. Kaia Duben of Newbury Park was third (11-2). @vcspreps

Sadie Harbour of Thousand Oaks was second in the girls high jump (5-3) at the Maurice Greene Invitational. Olivia Healy of Newbury Park was third (5-3). @vcspreps

Crazy day at the Tara Davis Invite! 😤 Our 4x100 relay squad went crazy and broke the meet record with a 40.96. In our very first meet, we’re already sitting at #2 in the state and #5 in the country.
