I think it’s really funny how no one is looking at the #Polygon ecosystem for meme coins yet. I think there’s something there 🤔 Hear me out..👇🏼 Prior to the #Solana meme coin mania craze of the past few months I didn’t really look at meme coins outside of the #Ethereum ecosystem because it’s been the biggest blockchain for meme coins in the past couple years following the Binance Smart Chain craze of 2021. What I came to realize with the #Solana hype is that meme coins can really move the market and get the liquidity over to other blockchains if the popularity and the demand is there. If I remember correctly #Solana was sitting around 18 dollars per coin for quite some time before completely going parabolic after $BONK got airdropped to #SOL holders and coins like $WIF took off. Then it catapulted to the number #1 used blockchain for meme coins and now the price is almost $200 per coin as a result. (I guess nothing moves the needle like free money to your holders 😂) That in-and-of itself played out the entire blueprint of what other blockchains need to do in order to get liquidity over to their chain and users to start bringing volume to their ecosystem. It played out right infront of everyone in real-time and we all witnessed it completely take over. There is no better example to follow. We also saw a lot of hype around #Cardano last summer because of $SNEK. It was completely blowing up and people were starting to look at their ecosystem. Maybe even #Cardano can take some notes now out of the #Solana playbook for this bull cycle. But after analyzing this, my thought became - what if this also happened with chains like #Avalanche and #Polygon? 🤔💭 We saw a little movement on #Avalanche due to new meme coins recently but haven’t really heard much noise on #Polygon. My point is that the same thing can happen over hereas well. Meme coins can move the needle for #Polygon too, so I started looking for some top meme coins in the ecosystem. I’ve been looking at a few coins, among them was $GIB so I reached out and talked to the team. I’ve been talking to them for a few weeks now and the core team there seems like they have their priorities in the right place and a growing community which is why I decided to partner and work with them. I believe they could really help move the needle for #Polygon and bring in new investors and holders just like #Solana meme coins did for their chain - you just have to be ahead of the curve this time. Think about it like this - #Polygon is a Top 15 crypto with a $10 billion dollar market cap - with a strong foundation, tech and partnerships lined up. It’s only a matter of time before they take a page out of the #Solana playbook and meme coins start taking off over there too - and when they do they’ll be flying fast. Front run the liquidity, front run the countless new users and front run the hype and the FOMO. I would grab at least a few of the top meme coins over there to be ahead of the curve and I can promise you $GIB is one of them. Happy meme coin season! 🔥🚀
