I checked out Ray Dennis Steckler's "The Thrill Killers" thanks to @sampanico and @Groovy_Doom. I had only seen Steckler's "Wild Guitar" before that. It had that rare combination of a Mirror Shot AND a Zoom Shot transition. I can't think of another (but I am now on the lookout.)

Hard to believe a decade has passed without our Tall Man, Angus Scrimm. In addition to being a world-class actor and Grammy-winning author, beloved by horror fans worldwide, Angus was a kind and cherished friend to so many who were lucky enough to know him personally. Those Phantasm fans who knew him only as the sinister grave-robber from another dimension, would be surprised to learn that Angus had a delightful wit and devious sense of humor..He also loved dogs.
