I think celeb casting really seems to work for the best if the actor fits the character, or if the character is written with a particular actor in mind. The bottom few are some examples of the latter:

It’s a shame a lot of media feels it has to be constantly moving and never slow down to hold kids attention when there’s more than enough evidence to show if you just make something good and engaging they will pay attention

I would much rather studios go back to their classic catalog & release their extended cuts, director's cuts, etc instead of constant remakes. We'd get a new insight into the original films, instead of a bloated, inferior, more expensive version with a different cast.

Steven Spielberg says Hollywood needs to stop relying only on franchise IP and start telling more original stories, as he debuts new footage from Disclosure Day. “If all we make is known branded IP, we’re going to run out of gas.” “There is nothing more important than giving the audience visual stories… but we need to tell more original stories.”

We really need to standardize this kind of animation in western media again. Listen I love what we're doing with Bad Guys and Spider-Verse, but DUDE bring back 2d animation on the big screen

Walt Disney cared a lot about craftsmanship and the experience when someone watches or partakes in art. Say what you want about him but I think he’d be pretty upset to see what most of it has become.
