After every casting call, we usually get a number of voice actors asking for feedback. We usually don’t respond due to the fact there’s no real individually applicable advice that can be given. But we can offer this advice to everyone:

To the person who auditioned for Red Rosie that started out the first line with adrenaline rush active breathing, slowed down on 'I thought this was going to be…', took a deeeeeep, loooong, centering yet growling breath before saying '…a real fight…'

NSIP's Tips: Shoot Your Shot
All you can do is shoot your shot.
Make your audition the best you can, have a great time doing it, find your joy in the doing, don't sweat the rest.
Once it's sent, trust the process. The role will go to the best fit. You already aced your part.

I've had at least 8 people send me this in the hopes I audition for one particular character (Bailey), and that alone makes me feel really elated to go for it, whether I book or not.
