PLAYERS, I challenge you to try this out… Watch a full game (high school, college or pro) and write down how each basket is scored Examples: Catch and shoot 3s Coming off a DHO Hitting the roll man for a lay up One dribble pull up And see how many 45 dribble combo moves you see/write down…. (Most likely not many) Then, after the game is over, tailor your own workouts to what you wrote down. Because those are the skills you actually need to be successful Something powerful about writing it down and visually seeing it on paper!

An empty gym and a ball solves a lot of life’s problems

Attacker & defender run next to each other. Attacker bumps into defender & loses balance. Defensive foul. We justify a foul for any contact: legal guarding position. We need an offensive version of LGP; if attacker makes unnatural move to create contact, not auto defensive foul.
