Another week, another pile of AI headlines. Most North Texas owners feel behind. The truth: you don't need to catch up on all of it. You need one person nearby who's already tried it. That's what we're building. Come meet people in the room! ntxai.org

Microsoft just assigned 6,000 people to one job: helping companies actually use the AI they already bought. Access was never the problem, North Texas — application is. You don't need 6,000 people. One workflow, one owner, and folks who've done it before. ntxai.org

79% of companies say AI is "hard." Only 29% see real ROI. And 75% admit their AI strategy is mostly for show. That's not a tool problem — it's an org problem. Which is exactly why a small North Texas shop can beat a giant on this. ntxai.org

$876M and 1,700 jobs. That's what Celestica is bringing to Fort Worth to build the guts of AI data centers. The AI economy isn't picking the coasts. It's breaking ground here. If you're building in North Texas, you're not early anymore — you're right on time. ntxai.org

OpenAI, Anthropic and Google are spending billions to hire "forward deployed engineers" — people who make AI actually work inside a business. Why? 95% of enterprise AI pilots failed. Not the model. The deployment. That skill is North Texas's whole lane. ntxai.org

AI just became the fastest-growing job in Dallas-Fort Worth. The opportunity isn't coming to North Texas. It's already here. Stop watching from the sidelines. Come find your people. ntxai.org

The AI economy isn't just being written in California. It's being poured in concrete in Texas. Google is putting $40 billion into Texas data centers — its single largest investment in any state, anchored at its Midlothian campus, 25 miles from downtown Dallas. Add OpenAI and Oracle's Stargate in Abilene, Meta in El Paso, and a $25 billion Vantage mega-campus, and Texas is on track to become one of the largest data-center hubs on the planet by 2030. Here's what that actually means for a North Texas business: → The compute powering the AI era is being built in our backyard. The infrastructure, the power deals, and the construction jobs are landing here, not in California. → Where the infrastructure goes, the talent, the capital, and the customers follow. The center of gravity for applied AI is tilting toward Texas, not away from it. → But proximity isn't participation. A data center in Midlothian doesn't make your business AI-ready any more than living next to a power plant means your lights are on. The companies that benefit won't be the ones closest to the servers. They'll be the ones who actually put the tools to work — on one real workflow, this quarter. The infrastructure is showing up. The only question left is whether you are.

@aerokrator @OneBillian A lot of amazing ideas and implementations out there! Big businesses are still trying to figure out the security setups, but lots of builders have products ready for sale!

@OneBillian @NTXAI_org Looks like the first event was a success! Curious to know if any AI use case stood out? Are people still scrambling to implement AI or are other companies as advanced as Stuff when it comes to governance and security?

An AI that can read eight novels at once is about to ship. That matters more to your business than any benchmark. Google's Gemini 3.5 Pro is entering its general-availability window, and the spec to watch isn't a test score. It's the size of the window: → A 2-million-token context window — roughly 1.5 million words, five to eight full novels, in a single prompt. → The largest of any production frontier model so far. → A 'Deep Think' mode for slower, harder reasoning when you need it. Here's why that quietly changes the game for a North Texas business. The most common reason AI projects stall isn't a bad model. It's that the model could only see a sliver of your world at a time — so teams spent months chopping data into fragments and bolting on retrieval plumbing just to feed it. A window this big shrinks that problem. You can hand the model the whole thing: → The entire contract set, not one clause. → The full policy manual, not a summary. → A year of support tickets, the complete codebase, every spec — in one shot, and ask one question. The catch, and it's the whole catch: a giant window only helps if your documents are organized enough to point it at a real problem. Garbage in, garbage out — just faster now. The DFW companies that win this don't have the biggest window. They have their house in order so the window has something worth reading. Who's the builder you'd want testing this on a real pile of company data? Tag them. 👇 We're getting them in one room — gathering #2 is coming. Get on the list → ntxai.org

A Strategic Update for the $STUFF Ecosystem On July 3, 2026 (Epoch 641), we will begin sunsetting the $STUFF Stake Pool. When we launched the pool, it played an important role in helping grow and reward the community. Today, @book_io and @stuff_io are entering a new phase, and we believe the strongest path forward is to focus $STUFF on utility, demand, and ecosystem growth rather than token emissions. As a result, we have made the decision to discontinue bonus $STUFF rewards through staking. If you currently delegate ADA to the $STUFF Stake Pool, please be sure to redelegate to another stake pool before July 3rd. Any unclaimed rewards will remain available through the normal claim process. We encourage all delegators to visit rewards.book.io and claim any outstanding rewards within the next 60 days. Most importantly, this is not a step backward. It is a step forward. Our focus is now on building real utility and real demand for $STUFF through products, commerce, and platform growth. We are moving aggressively toward bringing more than 12 million print books to @book_io, creating one of the largest book marketplaces in the world. As those sales grow, a portion of net sales will be allocated toward purchasing $STUFF. We believe the future value of $STUFF should be driven by adoption, customer activity, and ecosystem growth. That is exactly where we are headed. To help make this transition as smooth as possible, we will be publishing a detailed FAQ and stake pool wind-down guide at book.io/stakepool in the coming days. Thank you to every delegator who supported the pool and helped us build the foundation for what comes next. The mission remains the same. The vision is bigger than ever. Own Your $STUFF!

SAP just embedded Claude agents across its entire enterprise platform. SAP is everywhere in North Texas. Manufacturing. Energy. Healthcare. Logistics. DFW builders who understand enterprise ops + agentic AI are about to be in very short supply. That's the lane NTXAI.org is watching. What are you building?

North Texas already has 19,000 AI professionals (more than Austin) and $1.1B+ in startup investment. Now production-scale GPU compute is landing here too. The excuse that you need to be in SF to build serious AI is getting weaker by the month.

A $700M AI data center is being built in Plano. Lambda. NVIDIA infrastructure. DFW isn't just adopting AI. We're becoming AI infrastructure.
