@wonderchef Nobody ever contacted me, no status, almost a month passed.Closing of request without returning my product. Is it fair?

@wonderchef Customer care department communicated that technician and head of technicians are out of reach, they are trying to contact them but nobody is responding.If this is the case from last one month then how it will be resolved.I want my product back. #ConsumerRightsIndia
