The admission of JIL into the #NCLT process in 2017 effectively shut the doors on any genuine reconciliation or resolution. Even after the takeover by the @SurakshaGroup_ construction progress remains stalled. Instead of fulfilling their obligations, the group appears to be diverting funds and prioritizing their own interests—imposing compound interest on buyers, charging exorbitant transfer fees, withholding crucial information, and more. The list of grievances continues to grow. What’s most alarming is the complete absence of a strong, statutory monitoring mechanism to ensure proper implementation of the resolution plan. KRH 019-2703 in Krescent Homes, Jaypee Wish Town and there is no construction in the last 15 years, inspite of the fact that I have paid 70% amount and Suraksha Group is asking compound interest even without any construction in last so many years.

Dear @FaiHaider Please confirm whether you are in possession of any written statement, audited balance sheet, or other documentary record substantiating the figures of ₹400 crores, ₹2,500 crores, and ₹5,500 crores, or any other amounts referred to. This clarification is sought in light of the submissions made by Suraksha before the Hon’ble NCLT, wherein it has been stated that sufficient funds are available and that only need based infusion is required. On the face of it, the figures referred to appear inconsistent and documentary verification is therefore essential. In the absence of such records, it would be presumed that the financial claims made in the article written by you are unsubstantiated. Kindly provide the relevant documents at the earliest.
