Only museum in the US dedicated to weather! The museum includes artifacts and interactive exhibits to showcase the history of meteorology and it's future!

SOLAR STORM LIKELY TO IMPACT EARTH SATURDAY: Analysis of yesterday evening’s Earth-directed CME performed today shows earliest possible arrival very late Friday (early in the Zulu day Saturday), but as late as Saturday evening. Forecast intensity generally ranges from a minor (Kp=5) to strong (Kp=7) storm. Personally, I’m advocating for a stronger end storm (6.5 to 7.33) given our close and waning proximity to the autumnal equinox (higher potential for favorable magnetic field to cause storm conditions). We’ll see what time brings, but in any event, get those cameras ready, looks like some auroral displays are in the books! More on when and where you can see aurora coming up in a bit.

It's hot.

TikTok nonsense…

Forecast update: all smiles with Michael and @ReedTimmerAccu as the pair toured storm chasing vehicles, tracked weather, and discussed all things meteorology at the National Weather Museum 😃🌪️
