@TheBHentel Index S&P index funds. At your age i would chose the aggressive investment option within the index fund. A company like fidelity. I like index funds because they are very low fees and it doesn't require you to actively manage.

You can play through bumps and bruises but lower extremity, tissue related issues you can’t.

Walter Payton was before my time but he never even had a injury his whole career and players were literally trying to injure him. In some ways,too much athletic advantages and players go backwards with some things.
