Those of you with skills, brains, and cash need to pick a fight. @Annatrades_ is shooting it out in US District Court in Florida. I'm exchanging broadsides with some of the filthiest people I've ever encountered in US District Court in Vermont. @busybrands is leading the charge at high levels. @marcosmonteiro is continuing to deep dive into places where you can't even breathe air anymore, you have to breathe oxygenated liquid. So here's the challenge to you Idaho, California, and Texas people that have the E-Trade "too late to cancel" notices in your account. The operating FINRA Rule is 7150 regarding trade settlements. Your mileage may vary but I see this as a unique attack vector into more US District Courts nationally and potentially even state courts (Idaho, Texas, and California ideally). In addition, calling 7150 to the attention of your local state AG's wouldn't hurt either. 1. Look at your state laws regarding seeking "injunctive relief." Look at US Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65 regarding "injunctive relief" too. 2. Think of a work around....DTCC is the clearinghouse for trades. Think about bypassing E-Trade's arbitration clause by going after DTCC for non-payment of the settled trades E-Trade acknowledged in your accounts. Wargame it with a few people. Consult a good local lawyer. Pay him a few bucks to investigate the claim...it may have to be in the context of a larger lawsuit, but nothing as labyrinthine as what I or @Annatrades_ is doing. 3. I doubt that DTCC can be said to have "significant local contacts" to allow them to get sued in state courts but its worth looking at. 4. When a trade is marked as "too late to cancel," it generally means that the trade has been fully executed and processed through the system, and the corresponding funds or securities should be settled according to the regular settlement cycle. In the case of a sale, (trade execution), the trade was executed and processed, meaning the buyer has agreed to purchase the securities and the seller has agreed to sell. Remember T+2 means the money is already moving back to the seller within 2 days. This means that two business days after the trade date, the seller should receive the proceeds of the sale in their account, and the buyer should receive the securities. 5. "Too late to cancel" implies the ship has sailed and suggests that the process has moved past the point where a cancellation or reversal could happen. As a result, the proceeds from the sale should be transferred to the seller's account, assuming all the necessary conditions (like having the securities to sell) are met. In other words, once the trade is too late to cancel, it has effectively been completed, and the seller is entitled to the money from the sale. Good luck, and good hunting. "Do what you can, with what you have, where you are."

@MMTLP_MMAT @bleedblue18 I use Robinhood. I started my transfer in November and went through by Jan 3rd of this year. Need to make sure your account info is all up to date. They make the AST account for you ($25 charge) I just asked for them to transfer my shares to ast. And I have received my ast info
