Day 2 of our North Tyneside and Northumberland #FIRSTLEGOLeague Challenge tournament. We have another 20 amazing teams battling it out to be champions 🏆. Things are off to a great start and it looks like it’s going to be a close competition! #submerged

Today is the first day of our FIRST LEGO League Challenge #Submerged regional tournaments have begun. Today we have 22 schools from North Tyneside and Northumberland ready to show off their coding, engineering, problem solving and team work skills. It’s going to be epic!

My @EllingtonTweets pupils were all enthusiastically recounting to me yesterday about the brilliant time that they had at the ‘Lego League’ showcase event last week. HUGE thanks once more to @MrJLGraham and all at @N_ICTteam for organising a fabulous event. Looking forward to being involved again next year.

Our Year 3 and Year 4 Lego League teams had a fabulous time at the celebration event at The Village Hotel (Silverlink) yesterday. They confidently shared and talked about their models to the judges and received lots of positive comments. Huge thanks to @N_ICTteam for organising.
