@N_Long5 We can escalate your complaint to our Customer Solutions Team, but they would not be able to override the decision for a chargeable repair. All repairs are chargeable if the product is out of warranty which yours is. Drop us a DM if you would like us to escalate this for you. ^SL

@SamsungUK Bought a QE55Q7FAM tv just over 3 years ago for around £1,500. Broke down at the weekend. Cust Serv say Samsung won’t cover cost of repair. Call-out charge £105 and likely to be cable or connect box failure, so expensive parts on top?! How to escalate my case please?
