First of all, Neymar is a top top player anywhere, any day. If Rooney means based on longevity, fine I understand cause that’s the only reason it looks like he had a better career. Based on just watching them play or prime vs prime, Rooney should be worshipping Neymar and that’s fact. Internationally, Rooney doesn’t even have the kind of aura Neymar pulled. What did Rooney win with England? The only thing he has over Neymar is longevity. If Neymar had longevity, he would have been directly after Messi.
