UPDATE: Eskom has confirmed that network infrastructure supplying electricity to Strand, Somerset West and Gordon’s Bay has been vandalised, leaving customers without electricity. Vandalised infrastructure that is damaged or stolen typically takes time to replace. #CTInfo
