been wanting to tweet this ,but wanted to first go through the match again to be sure... so, I could only watch the All blacks game the next day , so i knew the score and i know Boks had a amazing "come back". so i watch it with that lense. but that is not what i saw..

@SteviePSport A clear, concise explanation of the incident as the rules regulate it. More than that, and you become redundant. Shut up! when the ref mic is relayed to live commentary. Explain in short, afterwards. N.B. Analysts should add value to commentary, not state the obvious.

Think it might be time for broadcasters to take more ownership in fan education during matches. Far too much ambiguity and inconsistency at the moment and it's creating so much confusion. Simple fixes that I'd like to see include - Align the stadium shot clock and the broadcast one (This surely can't be difficult🫠🫠) - Include former match officials or law experts in panels and/ or commentary teams. - Include the law number in the graphic that comes up with what the penalty is for so fans have a reference to use to check it out. Any other suggestions to improve the TV or stadium viewership experience?

@StephenMeltz @Slipcatch I see it as that the Bulls instead, have so many good "proper" props, that they don't have to use JHW at prop. Some similarities with John Smit during RWC 2007.

The absolute horror show that is the refereeing of schoolboy scrums. In all it's glory ... Red tighthead quite obviously pulling scrum down under pressure. Blue team clearly dominant. Penalty to red. Happens ALL the time! Reward dominance, man!

@FrontRowGrunt As a former hooker, I know that a referee has absolutely no idea what is going on in scrums. At any level from schoolboy right the way up.

@FrontRowGrunt What is to be gained from an own scrum according to the rules? 1m forward, no turning. This should never be allowed, however in u19 rugby, next year they may go rampant.

@Nader_pale_toe they are "lazy" in their research, you can pick up when they talk of the cuff and when they use data that is now available
