@TMobileHelp @JohnLegere Walked in to one of your store to put $100 one my phone and the rep kept asking to what phone and I then said to my that I’m paying for that was unsuccessful. I then got home and called customer care and trust me I’m willing to cancel all my account with t-mobile. Trust me.
