Internet has actually become cheaper! At my hometown in Indore, rooftop solar panels (via a govt scheme) were installed two years ago. Since then electricity bill has been zero! Toll fees has been reduced significantly due to annual pass. You'll find many such cases if you look around, unless you have an agenda...
