@NakezO @Safaricom_Care Safaricom did tried to help us reduce such cases to a tune of 99% but we still messed our selves to the same percentage or 5%.when told confirm recipients name before sending.

@Safaricom_Care @NakezO M-Pesa app is prone to scammers. Every time I install it, I receive M-Pesa messages like; Your transaction wasn't successful. Sorry, your account has insufficient funds to carry out that transaction. Yet these are transactions I never initiated. I do download it for GlobalPay.
