I know most of you didn’t go to law school, and you shouldn’t have to. But there’s something about how your savings and retirement accounts are held that I think you deserve to understand in plain English.
My name is David Rogers Webb. I ran a hedge fund for years. What I found in my retirement is that the legal rules for owning stocks and bonds changed quietly over the last 30 years. And those changes matter if things get bad in the financial system.
Let me explain it like I would to my own parents:
1. The stocks in your account may not be in your name
When you buy Apple or Pfizer through your broker or 401k, the paperwork usually says the shares are held by “Cede & Co.” That’s the nominee for the Depository Trust Company.
You’re called the “beneficial owner.” That means you have a promise from your broker that you own the shares. But legally, on the books, the shares belong to the system.
It’s like having a claim check for a coat at a coat check. You don’t hold the coat. You hold the ticket.
2. Your shares are mixed with everyone else’s
The law now treats all these shares as one big pool. Your 200 shares of Apple sit in the same pool as a million other people’s shares.
That pool can be pledged as collateral for loans and other financial deals. You didn’t sign off on that. But the rules allow it.
3. If there’s a crisis, other creditors get paid first
If a big bank or clearinghouse fails, the law says the people who made secured loans against that pool get paid before you do.
Your claim comes after theirs. That means your retirement savings could be used to stabilize the system, even if you had nothing to do with the problem.
4. This is legal, and it happened slowly
Nothing illegal is happening here. These rules were changed through updates to commercial law, starting in the 1990s. The idea was to make trading faster and cheaper.
The unintended effect is that direct ownership was replaced by a chain of claims.
Why I call it “The Taking”
I’m not saying someone is stealing from your account today. I’m saying the system is built so that in a severe crisis, the collateral in that pool can be redirected under existing law.
You would have no legal recourse, because you never had direct ownership to begin with.
What can you do?
The first step is awareness. Ask your broker or plan administrator how your shares are held.
If you want, you can request “direct registration.” That means the shares are registered in your name on the company’s books, not in the pooled system. It’s slower, but it’s yours.
You can also consider holding some assets outside the system entirely.
I’m not telling you what to buy or sell. I’m saying you should know what you actually own before you need to use it.
The bottom line:
Most people think they own the stocks in their account. In reality, they own a claim against a broker, and that claim sits inside a system designed to protect itself first.
Once you understand that, you can decide if you’re comfortable with it.

Human Genome expert Kevin McKernan ran the sequencing.
What came back was not a manufacturing footnote.
Plasmid DNA fragments from the production process are present in the vaccines, delivered with the same lipid nanoparticle efficiency engineered to carry mRNA into human cells.
And in Pfizer’s lots specifically, McKernan identified SV40 promoter-enhancer sequences, regulatory elements with a documented, decades-long history in molecular biology as potent drivers of nuclear entry and gene expression.
These are not random contaminant fragments. SV40 sequences are in these vials because the plasmid backbone used in manufacturing contained them, and the purification process failed to remove them to any acceptable standard. The result is a foreign DNA payload, encapsulated in a delivery vehicle designed for cellular penetration, carrying sequences with known capacity to facilitate genomic access, injected into billions of people without disclosure and without adequate safety evaluation.
The integration risk follows directly from the components. Lipid nanoparticles enter cells. DNA in the cytosol does not simply degrade and disappear, it triggers innate immune sensors, persists longer than naked DNA would, and under conditions that molecular biology has characterized extensively, can reach the nucleus. When SV40 nuclear localization sequences are present, that pathway is not theoretical, it is mechanistically facilitated.
Once foreign DNA reaches the nucleus in proximity to the genome, integration via endogenous repair mechanisms becomes a real possibility. Integration into or near tumor suppressor genes disrupts their function. Chronic cytosolic foreign DNA drives inflammatory cascades that create the oxidative and immune environment in which malignancies develop.
McKernan’s finding of vaccine sequences at high copy numbers in tumor biopsies from vaccinated individuals is not an isolated anomaly. It is the biological consequence of introducing integrable DNA into cells at scale without ever genuinely resolving whether integration would occur.
The regulators had a story. It had four parts, delivered sequentially as each prior version collapsed. First: the contamination levels are too low to matter. Collapsed, copy numbers in tumor tissue say otherwise. Second: the fragments are too short to integrate. Collapsed, fragment length analysis was never properly conducted, and Pfizer lacks a validated method to measure it. Third: the nanoparticles won’t deliver DNA to the nucleus.
Collapsed, SV40 nuclear localization sequences exist precisely to facilitate nuclear entry, and their presence in the construct was not disclosed to regulators in multiple jurisdictions until McKernan’s work forced the issue. Fourth: even if it reaches the nucleus, integration is too rare to be clinically significant. This version is still being deployed, despite the fact that integration risk assessment across billions of doses, in the absence of any systematic genomic surveillance, is not a scientific conclusion, it is an institutional „guess“ dressed as reassurance. To say it factual.
They knew the SV40 history. This is not an obscure corner of molecular biology.
SV40’s oncogenic potential, its role in historic vaccine contamination events, and the regulatory sensitivity around SV40 sequences in biological products are documented across decades of scientific and regulatory literature. The decision to use a plasmid backbone containing SV40 elements, to fail to disclose that to regulators, and to subsequently defend the contamination as inconsequential was not made by people who didn’t understand the implications. It was made by people who understood them and calculated that the program mattered more than the disclosure.

They retreat at every challenge, changing the story to suit their agenda. The fact is, they know the truth, but they won’t admit it. It’s a deliberate cover-up on a scale we’ve never seen before. This is no longer about health. This is about power, control, and deceit. The regulators are defending their sponsors, rewriting guidelines, hiding behind blacked-out documents. They’ve crossed a line. This isn’t just a scandal. This is RICO territory. This is collusion, manipulation, a violation of our basic rights and trust. To everyone reading this: our health agencies have abandoned us. They’re complicit in the greatest violation of medical ethics in modern history. Do not trust their lies. Demand transparency. Our genomes carry the biological record of every insult they have survived.
