1. 🧵Why has Meta hired more than 160 individuals from the US Intelligence Community since 2018? Is the Global Engagement Center (GEC) directly providing funding to Meta? Is this a modern-day version of Operation Mockingbird? CIA-14 FBI-26 NSA-16 DHS-29 State Dept-32 DOD-49 This is an update to my previous thread from December 2022. The primary focus here is to provide a comprehensive list of the most notable individuals, currently working at Meta, with backgrounds in intelligence.

1. After learning that Twitter employs at least 15 former FBI agents, I searched Facebook. What I found is alarming Facebook currently employs at least 115 people, in high-ranking positions, that formerly worked at FBI/CIA/NSA/DHS: 17 CIA 37 FBI 23 NSA 38 DHS Thread🧵

@RichardBSpencer Yeah we are way past the “too soon” period or as Erika’s handlers call “Shiva.” She puts herself in the spotlight and fully deserves all forms of ridicule that she gets. Everything about her is fake. Fair game

Yeah, Matt. It's almost like smart people see through the performance and recognize how Erika has benefited from her televised weeping and mourning. Your audience, on the other hand, are the most likely to give their life savings to televangelists and be taken in by theatrical preachers and politicians. They seem to love getting conned by actual psychopaths like Erika. She deserved the benefit of the doubt right after the shooting of Charlie Kirk—and received it. At this point, however, she deserves to be ruthlessly mocked.
Matt Walsh@MattWalshBlog

The viciousness towards Erika is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. Just absolute psychopathic cruelty being casually exhibited by huge numbers of people on both sides of the aisle. Even if you don’t like Erika for some dumb reason, this treatment is still deranged and cartoonishly evil. There are women in public life who I despise but if their husbands were shot and they were left raising young children alone, I wouldn’t mock and bully them. I wouldn’t pretend that I suddenly like them either. I’d probably just keep my mouth shut. That is also an option. If you don’t like Erika, you could always just focus on something else, rather than putting your wickedness on display for the world to see.

The hallmark of a successful foreign influence operation? The operatives are either so skilled you don’t see it—or you refuse to believe it. Who’s the beard? Who’s the handler? Who’s the honeypot? …Or these two nice Jewish people just randomly met on Twitter.

Is @mikebenzcyber running an influence or infiltration op on X? – 2016-2018: Secretly ran “Frame Game,” an alt-right Gab account that pushed antisemitic talking points, racial IQ theories, and Holocaust denial. Claimed it was a “Jewish deradicalization project,” but analysis of 200+ videos suggests otherwise (Mossad?). – Used “Frame Game” to manipulate online discourse, positioning himself as an insider to both redpill and monitor extremists. – Deleted Frame Game content before reinventing himself as a censorship expert. – Joins Twitter in Dec 2022, right as the Twitter Files drop. – No prior online footprint—who was Michael Adam Bruno Benz before this? – Deletes LinkedIn profile before emerging as a “censorship expert.” – Alters his appearance to seem more professional. – Spends 10 months undermining independent censorship research. (cc @sparklingruby) – A Google search for “Michael Benz” before 2023 yields nothing. – Skillfully redirects Twitter Spaces discussions to push his narrative. – Has inserted himself into key censorship investigations, gaining trust from Taibbi, Shellenberger, and Jim Jordan’s Weaponization Committee. Something doesn’t add up.

1. 🧵Google & Meta function as extensions of the US Intelligence Community. With Jacqueline Lopour, Google's Head of Trust & Safety, and Aaron Berman, Meta's Head of Elections Content/Misinformation Policy, both being career CIA officers, it underscores the CIA's substantial control over online censorship. Why is this CIA-Big Tech revolving door, where career CIA officers wield power to censor & decide what misinformation is, purposefully suppressed in the broader conversation about censorship? Why are career CIA officers like Jacqueline Lopour & Nick Rossmann, who both have a history of spreading misinformation & promoting the RussiaGate conspiracy theory, now in senior roles in Trust & Safety at Google, deciding what is misinformation & overseeing content moderation? The cumulative number of former Intelligence Community personnel hired by Meta & Google since 2018 is staggering. Before 2018, there were only a handful. Here are the combined hires by both companies: CIA-36 FBI-68 NSA-44 DHS/CISA-68 State Dept-86 DOD-121

1. 🧵Meta's Misinformation & Fact Checking Policy is controlled by former career CIA & USAID operatives I’ve previously written about former CIA officer Aaron Berman, who heads Misinformation Policy at Meta. He is joined by Mike Bradow, a former USAID official, who leads Fact-Checking Policy at Meta. Berman & Bradow didn’t join Meta to protect free speech—they joined to control content, censor speech, and amplify U.S.-backed narratives, all with the goal of manipulating elections, both domestically and abroad, notably in Brazil. On X, @mikebradow describes himself as a “democracy champion,” while Berman has previously bragged about championing “diversity & inclusion” while at the CIA—a classic example of intelligence officials using buzzwords to mask their true objectives. As of today, both are still at Meta, actively running these operations. So, who really controls Meta? The rest of this thread will expose how Berman and Bradow have used Meta to interfere in elections…

🇺🇸 EX-CIA, USAID OFFICIALS RUN META'S ELECTION "SAFEGUARDS" Meta has reportedly placed former intelligence operatives in charge of its election integrity efforts. The platform's online security chief, ex-CIA officer Aaron Berman, reportedly implemented sweeping content controls across Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp during Brazil's 2022 elections. The program included content removal, warning labels, and message forwarding restrictions. Meta Online Trust and Safety Executive Aaron Berman: "We remove content on Facebook and Instagram that discourages voting or interferes with voting" Meta placed warning labels on more than 150 million U.S. election-related posts. The company expanded its fact-checking partnerships in Brazil from four to six organizations, raising concerns about intelligence community influence over democratic processes. 10. These are just a few examples of the election interference operations run by Aaron Berman and Mike Bradow. Beyond elections, they played a major role in Meta’s online censorship during COVID, the Ukraine war, and even launched the Facebook Climate Science Information Center to control climate-related narratives. Who really controls Meta?

Another example of the illegitimate 'investigations' led by @Jim_Jordan & @Weaponization They selectively unmask specific Meta employees while protecting the career CIA officer who controls censorship & defines 'misinfo’ Aaron Berman is the redacted author of this email. @Jim_Jordan's @Weaponization Committee is a complete sham that has accomplished nothing
