@NamebaseHQ Hello. Does the deposit $HNS feature work? I don't think it does, because I have sent HNS twice, and it never shows up. I need to deposit the cover renewals and/or transfer, but it is not working. I sent a deposit at 11:30 am, and it is now 4:20 pm.

Please note: - No economic changes have been made - Domain transfer fees remain 1 HNS per domain - Renewal fees remain 10 HNS per domain - Auto-renew can be enabled to help prevent expiration - If you use a GitHub login, reset your password using that email Cryptocurrency withdrawals remain paused while our review continues. I have only 2 staked TLDs, both with no SLDs registered. These are my highest value assets, and there are no users affected in my case. I’ve already submitted a support request and would appreciate if these could be reviewed individually and released, as they are not tied to any active subdomains.

King Singh, Thank you for reaching out. We aren’t allowing the withdraw of staked TLDs as that would rug the users who purchased SLDs on that TLD. We are adding SLD renewals to the tool. We aren’t yet allowing for crypto withdraws yet but we have verified that user BTC balances are all there. Stay tuned. 🤝

@NamebaseHQ Few missing items im sure ur aware of and working on - Staked names and list of subdomains aren’t available - BTC is not showing up

@Foresight_Dom We aren’t allowing you to unstake your staked domains because it will rug the users who have purchased SLDs on that TLD.

@assinoo00iill Correct. The Namebase Exchange was closed permanently in January and will not return. If you need to buy or sell HNS, the options are @coinexcom or @MEXC or 🤝/ on Handshake.

What’s Happening! Starting February 1, Namebase will pause all user activity so we can migrate to a new entity and fully rebuilt and reconstructed system. This is a deliberate, planned migration to a new system that is designed to improve long-term security, reliability, functionality, and sustainability. Once this process begins: - User logins will be disabled - Auctions, bids, transfers, and withdrawals will be paused - The platform will be temporarily offline - This pause is required to safely complete the migration Timeline Start date: February 1, 2026 Expected downtime: 3–4 weeks Access during downtime - None (platform fully offline) - We will reopen only after the migration is complete and the system has been fully tested What Happens to Your Funds and Names Namebase is a custody platform.
