I don’t know your specific problem but it seems that you probably don’t have the wallet synced to the block height in which those coins and names are in your Bob wallet. You should see them on the block explorer: Shakeshift.com. Your issues don’t appear to be Namebase related, but we can provide support if you write sos@namebase.io or join the discord. Bob wallet also has a discord and there are other general handshake channels that can provide support.

@NamebaseHQ I moved all my hns and tld's to Bob wallet and nothing appeared in my account. I copied and pasted the correct address and nothing. Now when I open Bob Wallet it says loading node...then "could not connect to bob wallet." @bob_wallet_hns

Done. Bitcoin payments for domains are now live. If you have a TLD listed for domain sales, add your BTC pubkey in your payout tab to accept Bitcoin.

@Premier_Domains 1. Yes. Bitcoin can be used SLD renewals and registrations. 2. You can pay from any BTC wallet, but TLD owners need to use a Bitcoin wallet that has an XPub key. 3. The TLD owner needs to enable BTC payments for SLDs. 4. You can search for TLDs that have enabled BTC sales.

🚨 LATEST UPDATES: PLEASE READ 🚨 1. You can now "list" any TLD in your self custody (bob wallet) on namebase.io and sell slds on the new registry. You get paid immediately for sales, directly from the customer's wallet to your own. Check it out. 2. You can now "migrate" staked names and HNS ID staked names at sunset.namebase.io to the new Namebase registry. Migrating your TLDs keeps your current SLD registrations active and/or claimable by buyers on the platform. After selecting the "migrate" option, you transfer your previously staked TLD to your bob wallet and then "list" your TLD on the registry at namebase.io. 3. If you choose, and are aware of the consequences, you can now "delist" staked TLDs from sunset.namebase.io and withdraw them to your self custody. Before you withdraw, you select the option to "delist" and then can transfer out. (See image below) 4. You can now buy SLDs for all migrated and listed TLDs at Namebase.io. We currently support HNS purchases, and are adding BTC purchases shortly. 5. 👀 ATTENTION ALL SLD OWNERS of HNS ID names: If you owned an SLD on an @HNS_ID staked name, you claim it at Namebase.io. (See image below) These will not be dSLDs, but SLDs on the Namebase.io platform. In the coming weeks, will be providing options for all SLD sellers and buyers to mint and tokenize their names as they wish. 6. @harshdeepanand The issue is that HNS is hard for some people to get but mostly everyone can get BTC.
