I've had a personal website (hmohapatra.com) since 2018 on squarespace and realized I've been paying 33$/mo since then - that's over $3K! Vibe coded it from scratch under $300 & a week of LOT of fun, added a substack-like authoring tool and backend for blogging w/ AI-native image-gen/editing, 2FA, full subscriber management panel, hosting it on digitalocean for 14$/mo now. Next I am planning to add a google-analytics like interface. Software is so much fun when you can talk back to it, mould it in exactly the shape you want instead of forcing your imagination through a template.

Every AI right now is a "yes man", and I'm soooo tired of it. Maybe you are too. I don't want an LLM that claps for everything I do. I want the one that tells me my writing is weak, my logic falls apart halfway through, and I've been lying to myself about the thing I keep dodging. You can engineer an AI with a spine. Here's the exact setup I use: 1. Write a "critic" skill. A markdown file whose only job is to attack the work. It hunts for the weakest claim, the dodged question, the thing you're avoiding. Every agent that loads it gets a spine by default. 2. Run two agents against each other. One builds, one tears it apart. The builder has to defend or fix. You get the truth from the friction instead of from a single agent trying to please you. 3. Score against evals. Give it a rubric with real criteria and have it rate the work 1-10 on each. A number tied to a standard forces honesty that "what do you think?" will always dance around. 4. Make it cite evidence for every criticism. Set a rule: no critique without a concrete example from the work and a reason it matters. It has to show its work, so it can flatter you or hand wave. 5. Give it a kill criterion. Tell it the exact condition where it has to recommend you stop entirely. "If X isn't true, tell me to shut this down." Most agents will optimize a doomed idea forever because you gave them permission to call it dead. I've learned that the default AI claps for you. That's cool for a bit but it gets old quick. If you actually want to build exceptional products, create top 1% work, and grow as a person, you need an AI that pushes you harder than it flatters you. We're in the age of agency. The people who win are the ones who go build the version that tells them the truth. Best time to build there's ever been. Go get 'em.

Sylvester Stallone admits he single-handedly destroyed three of his most iconic movie franchises because he couldn't be bothered "My biggest regret is that I didn't do Cobra's franchise, Tango & Cash and Demolition Man. I felt each one of those had at least three movies in them... I was just, I guess maybe too lazy."

@harshdeepanand Yes. What other options were you interested in? We have HNS as a payment option for SLDs currently, and are adding BTC support for SLD purchases soon. We don't plan on adding HNS for TLD listing payments. Invoices are in BTC only.

🚨CURRENT STATUS of HNSID and dSLDs: 1. HNSID is closed and the dSLD service is integrated with Namebase. 2. HNSID TLD migrations and domain claims are available now at Namebase.io. 3. If you are the owner of a staked HNSID TLD migrate now to activate your SLDs and allow your buyers to set records and go live. 4. If you are an owner of an @HNS_ID dSLD you can claim it now. It will be an SLD when claimed. (See below) 5. 👀 If you were the last owner of a currently expired dSLD from HNSID, you can also claim it now. We are honoring all dSLDs ever minted. 6. 👀 Our plan for dSLDs on Namebase is to provide options. TLD owners and dSLD buyers will have options for tokenizing their domains and minting dSLDs, including ETH L1. We will release more info on this in the coming weeks. 7. If you need assistance, please write sos@namebase.io

Yes, I've been daily driving OnePlus 15 since it came out. OnePlus might have the most phones in my personal phones of the past decade? And it looks like this will be my last one. OnePlus announced they will officially no longer launch new products in North America or Europe. Software support will continue, but OxygenOS on these phones will turn into ColorOS. RIP (my video on the downfall of OnePlus has aged well) youtu.be/vZdbbN3FCzE

Higher completion on between-visit PHQ and GAD check-ins is good news, and incomplete news. The intrinsic product is not the form. It is what happens when a score moves and a human path exists. Measurement without response is paperwork. Measurement with response is continuity. That distinction is a lot of our work.

Usage pricing is often sold as fairness. Buyers hear uncertainty. Sequence matters more than ideology here. First make the bill forecastable: meters, caps, a floor if finance needs one. Then argue alignment. Wrong order turns a clean theory into a stalled deal.

On-device models getting good changes the default architecture question. Not cloud versus local as a tribal fight. What must stay close to the person, and what can leave for harder reasoning? In behavioral health that is not an infra preference. It is a claim about trust. Hybrid, named clearly, is how you respect the data without pretending one layer does every job.

Another AI therapy raise with 'always available therapist'. I work in this space. That line makes me uncomfortable. Always-on support can be real value. Pretending you're a therapist is not. What I'm chasing instead is clear limits, escalation when someone is in trouble, continuity between real care moments. An OS around mental health.
