Something is VERY fishy. I suspect Jake Haro is somehow in cahoots with the local government. It’s the only thing that makes sense. The judge allowed him to get away with murder, essentially, with disabling Promise, Jake’s 10 mo old abused baby w Vanessa. This Emmanuel case has opened up a can of worms in exposing the protection of children (or lack thereof) in California. The dereliction of duty statewide, nationwide will not be ignored.

I believe the DA and law enforcement in the Emmanuel Haro case when they say they have a good idea where Emmanuel’s remains are. Given the lack of visible search activity, I would assume this means they believe he’s in a landfill. Even so, I would still expect to see warrants being served and some effort being made at the landfill site. What surprises me most is how quickly the house was processed by detectives and crime scene techs. It appeared to be a relatively small crew, and they were out of the house by around 3 or 4 p.m. I’ve heard rumors that cadaver K9s were used, but I was in Cabazon at the time and never saw any on scene. Reporters and others have been present at the property 24/7 since the kidnapping claim, and no one seems to have witnessed K9s there. It’s a large property, and I would have expected a thorough search of both the home and the surrounding grounds, especially for any signs of ground disturbance. Of course, this may be because law enforcement has strong evidence pointing to another location for the remains. But even if the odds of recovery are low, it still seems like we should be seeing some active effort by now. We probably will not know much until a preliminary hearing which would happen within 10-day of arraignment, but I am willing to bet that the defense will waive time for the preliminary hearing to give them more time to build a defense and analyze discovery, or they may waive right to a preliminary all together. #EmmanuelHaro
