@ThreeUKSupport upgraded 2 days ago, keep being told I haven’t sign the e-signature and I keep telling you I haven’t received it. I was told it can take up to 48 hours to come through. Those 48 hours have passed and I’m now being told to wait another 48hours, awful network.

@ThreeUK how long does it take for an e-signature to come through to customers

@NeedhamTori @passportwaiting Aww it’s difficult isn’t it. I’m a nurse so spent my day off sat outside for over 10 hours and then my next day off driving to durham. I was back at work the day after exhausted. But it was worth it to get both my daughters passports and put an end to the nightmare

@missdanielleg_ @passportwaiting If that happens to us we won’t be able to wait for a 10 hours (husband is A&E doctor so can’t just miss a shift and I’m a midwife so ditto)! Husband on nights so can wait for some time during the day. Now have MP involved and have threatened them with legal proceedings.

@NeedhamTori @passportwaiting Mine was approved 9th and I received it the 13th. I went to the Liverpool office on the 13th & was there for over 10 hours to not be seen. So I went to durham on the 14th,got there for 6am & they were approved at half 10 and picked up at 1pm

@shannonxmartin @Davinamcmx I took my passport and my daughters dads passport but they didn’t ask to see anything. They came out took our details and said they would call. Got the call 2 hours later to say they were approving them

@shannonxmartin @Davinamcmx I was at Liverpool for 10 and a half hours and had the doors closed on me with 4 people in front of me. So I drove to durham at 3am Saturday, they approved them and I picked both up at 1pm that same day.

@Davinamcmx I’m going to get there for 8am & see what they say. Worth a try, if not think I’ll be travelling to durham on Monday if I don’t hear anything before then. TNT were supposed to delivery my 1 approved passport today & they have had me sat in all day to now change it for tomorrow

@missdanielleg_ i’ve seen people let in at other offices though! or enquiry forms then get called back later. i had to ask a manager after waiting 5+ hours for mine to be printed

@Hayley_Causer @__ScottyT91 @passportwaiting I applied for my 2 first child passports 14th March, documents uploaded 12th April and been processing since 14th April. Seems like the processing time is around 7 weeks from what I’ve been seeing but I’m due to fly Tuesday

We applied 1st April (child’s 1st) documents uploaded 12th April so it’s just sitting at the Peterborough office waiting to be looked at by an examiner 🤦🏻‍♀️ hoping to be going to a wedding abroad and flying out 30th May.

@Davinamcmx That’s were mine is. I was going to drive to durham tomorrow but think I will try my local tomorrow to see what happens. When do you fly? Glad you was able to get yours.

@HM_Passport has anyone gone to the durham office this week and been able to get their passports?

@shannonxmartin @Sophie74191422 @passportwaiting I have 2 holidays booked this month, 17th & 27th. Mine was in the processing stage for 7 weeks so think it was just next in the queue. But I’ve emailed the upgrade team about my childrens applications and nothing happened yet. Due to fly Tuesday afternoon.

@superkax @rich17980 @passportwaiting I applied 1st April for child’s first passport (by post with check and send) still waiting for an examiner to see it 🤦🏻‍♀️ documents all uploaded since 12th April, so basically just sitting there! What further documents / ID did they ask for?
