Huge tax cuts for the rich but God forbid we give any relief to “less fortunate” like middle and lower class by helping reduce student debt. To those who say we paid ours, the cost and interest on these loans are not near what we paid!

@jim_pillen You are making it obvious that you haven’t been in public school classrooms within NE! You are part of the problem as you think here-say is fact. Have you spent time reading the state standards for reading, writing and mathematics? Have you seen them being applied?

Our schools need to get back to the basics of teaching kids reading, writing, and arithmetic. We should be cultivating our children to love our neighbors, state, and nation, not hate them.

@SenatorRomney In 2017, the GOP gave away around $2 TRILLION to the wealthiest Americans and richest corporate CEOs, while raising taxes on the middle class. And the deficit exploded under Trump. No GOP official has any room to criticize Biden now.

I have a controversial idea about paying off student loan debt: don't take out debt you will likely be unable to pay off, and don't ask others to pay off your debts.
