@Broadbasedgal Some basic high school education can make you not write such comparisons
English

@Broadbasedgal Now compare level of development in both countries and transparency and accountability
English

@Genesismwanzo1 You are right but I know you are a medsupt in a glorified level 3 hospital masquerading as level 4 without theatre and run by RCOs.
English

I know COIs have been treated unfairly for many years,but the graph is changing.Most of it happens because many RCOs rarely work in inpatient care in public hospital where interns rotate. In the hospital where I serve as Medical Superint I don’t tolerate unfairness
to any cadre
CO INTERN@DonterMwas
POV every ward round Who did this (something awkwardly done - COI Who was supposed to do it (something which was not done) -COI Y was it not done Ask - COI What is this patient still doing here ask -COI Y is this patient not getting medication asking - COI Credit to MOI
English

@DrKMoturii Still not good enough.
Any other cadre and even non medics can do the job..
It only needs professionalism and good will.
Director of health is the technical person which other know it all guys ignore
English

@Nandanyonge Now the problem lies in thinking only medical officers are the only medical doctors
MBChB
Dentists
Pharmacists are all doctors
Haiyaaa now we can continue with the generalizing discussion
English

External examiner asks: "Most common renal tumour in children?"
You answer: "Wilms tumour, sir."
He frowns. "No. It's neuroblastoma."
You know - with 100% certainty that neuroblastoma is adrenal, not renal. Wilms is correct. But he's the external. He's writing your marks right now. Your internal examiner is silent.
What will you do? #MedTwitter
A. Agree - "Yes sir"
B. Hold ground politely
C. Deflect - "both can occur"
D. Apologise, move on
English

Some people think this tweet doesn't make sense or it's about disrespect to the profession I mentioned but no it's actually about professional terminology.
Medical student traditionally refers to student studying Medicine and surgery (MBBS/MBChB).
MLS, Nursing, Pharmacy, Physio and RAD students are Healthcare/Health science student with their own professional identities.
Medical student or not it doesn't make one more important than another. They're all important and works together in patient care.

@bakhita_esther This is not about SHA, It is lack of space for mothers to rest.The good services and limited NBU services make this type best choice for mothers to take their babies .No mother can even be turned away however full it is.
English

@IkangU2207 @WahomeHon Did you understand me really.
Ruto cannot be my hero even in my wildest dreams.
I was criticizing Wahome who thinks Gachagua was wrong just coz he criticized move forward conference.My input is Macron faces much harsher criticism.
English

@Nandanyonge @WahomeHon If democracy hit you in the face, would you even recognise it? France is a dying democracy. Were they to be mature, they would still be in the Sahel. A thieving and murderous democracy. Your hero is opening doors for them to come do the same here. You are ignorantly celebrating.
English

The Hon Rigathi Gachagua former Deputy President of the Republic of Kenya,your recent criticism of the Government propelled by disbelief that H.E Dr William Ruto the President of the Republic of Kenya was able to host over 30 Heads of States and Governments has exposed you badly . You are a walking time bomb. You will blow yourself and your team in an attempt to reach H.E Ruto. And make no mistake. That is an impossible mission. You criticize UN Secretary General and President Macron in one Statement and then tell us you are taking us Kenyans somewhere. Apana!
English

@yusuf_mahatt It defines his profession.
Even judges have their robes at times.
Swag ya cardiologist.
English

@Genesismwanzo1 Nop.
Am in public heath system and all specailised RCOs are in level 5 which is not good
English

@Nandanyonge Kwani unadhani hua inawork aje? In majority of public hospitals, that is how the system operates.
English

@bungomaduke Hata akishuta utapiga makofi.
Being verbose is not being brilliant

Truth be told, President William Ruto is just a bright chap. I suspect this gentleman used to top exams in the schools he attended. He is currently at KICC addressing the Africa Forward Summit. Just listen to him! The man is brilliant, extremely brilliant. He is an asset not just to Kenya and Africa but to the entire world. His ideas are practical and well elaborated. We must just adopt them! Africa must embrace them! He knows what is good for this continent.

English

@Joe67248049 Muhimu Sana.
They must triage you and take vital signs( there is a reason they are called vital signs).
English

@MwendiaJnr Console yourself.Even Raila had the same hopes but what happened?
English

@_Kivunja @KusienyaKelvin RCOs as it said their scope should and is limited in OPD consultation rooms upto level 3, level 4 should be MOs, ward rounds should be MOs and above.
Others are on ward rounds just to write notes and T sheets , draw samples and follow up on results.
In short watu wa mkono
English

@Nandanyonge @KusienyaKelvin Lakini, Kwani ward rounds hufanywa na how many specialties?
Ans: all that are involved in the patient care.
Thank you very much.
