@NandosUK I went to Nando’s the other day, used my red reward and my mash potato turned up cold. I complained so someone went to warm it up for me. 30 mins later it still didn’t return by that time I finished my food. I wanted a refund got £5 I will have to spend another £70 😡

@NandosUK nearly £50 on food and everything was stale and cold. Utterly disappointed. I didn’t realise you couldn’t trust all your venues 😂 very bad service through and through on this day

Bought 4 large boxes of 10 wings to go from Sheffield and I didn’t realised that cremated was a new form of Peri Peri cooking !!
Furious as they’re just inedible and now have a car of hungry and miserable kids

@NandosUK I was looking forward to my Nandos lunch today but Trafford Retail Park failed miserably 😭. Dirty tables, no cutlery, cold food which we sent back and got refunded. Dirty kitchen too 🤮. Short of staff which were sorting uber deliveries. The manager needs to manage.
