Here is something they don't teach you in school. Linoleic acid, the primary polyunsaturated fatty acid in seed oils, is not stable. It oxidises. When you heat it, it oxidises faster. When it oxidises, it produces 4-hydroxynonenal, malondialdehyde, and a cascade of reactive aldehydes that damage cell membranes, promote inflammation, and accumulate in your adipose tissue. The half-life of linoleic acid in human body fat is approximately 680 days. The average American now carries roughly 21% of their body fat as linoleic acid. In 1960 that figure was approximately 9%. We have literally changed what we are made of. We did it by swapping lard for seed oils and calling it progress.

people assume that every time you eat steak you're killing a cow.... but even if you ate 1lb of steak every single day, you wouldn't even kill one whole cow... one cow produces over 500 lbs of meat...and it does this from GRASS which is inedible to humans... cows are basically divine machines that convert inedible food into steak, milk, leather and so much more. yet people continue to say "cow farts are destroying the planet" the cow is the most sustainable and vegan thing you can eat God bless the cow

This chart is very revealing. Gold open interest, yellow line, has just fallen hard from the upper end of its recent range to near the lower end. That usually means a lot of paper exposure has been cleared out fast. Silver open interest, grey line, is even weaker. It has broken down to the lowest area on this whole chart. That tells you speculative participation and paper positioning in silver have been heavily washed out. Platinum, red dotted line, is also falling sharply. Palladium, blue dotted line, is also rolling over. What this means: Open interest falling usually means positions are being closed, either longs giving up, shorts taking profit, or both. When price falls with open interest falling, it often means liquidation, not fresh aggressive shorting. When price holds firm or rises while open interest falls, it can mean the market is becoming tighter because weak paper is leaving. So the big message here is not “more enthusiasm.” It is “less paper participation.” That can mean two very different things depending on price and inventory: If price is also weak, it means fear and deleveraging. If price stays strong while open interest collapses, it can mean the paper market is losing control and physical tightness matters more. For silver especially, this is important. Silver OI is now near the bottom of the range while the physical story remains sensitive. A low-OI market can become explosive because there are fewer paper players left to absorb stress. CME open interest is collapsing across metals. That usually means paper participation is leaving the market. If prices are weak, this is liquidation. Silver is the one to watch. Low open interest in a market with fragile physical supply can turn small stress into a very large move.
