Retained list as expected really, but does mean that everyone bar Neufville, Metcalfe and Jackson are out of contract (barring clauses/club triggering extensions) this time next year. Potential for some new deals this summer or a full overhaul and restart next year? #bcafc

Should have pulled Joe Wright off as soon as they scored too. They had no intention of attacking with any more intent after that. Powell played well when he came on #bcafc

Can blame the ref all we want, but they came and did the exact job they planned on doing. We played too slow and didn't do enough with it. Their keeper made some good saves, but we allowed them to grow into the game and implement their game plan #bcafc

I think we need to take stock a little on tonight. It wasn’t great.. but their only attempt was a spawny deflection .. other than that they offered nothing and we dominated.. nothing fell our way summed up by Pennington’s deflection went past the post #bcafc

Wheatley needs some luck in front of goal, something to deflect in off him, or to smash it in on the line nicking from someone else. Said it before, but if/when he adds goals into his game, United will have a real asset on their hands #bcafc

Have seen a few people suggest it was a shit game last night, personally I thought it was a real battle between two teams who respected each other immensely. A lack of true quality in the final third bar the goal, but shows the fine margins needed to win a game #bcafc

This pitch has cut up massively, barely any bounce and they've taken advantage of it and controlled the midfield better. Palmer and Clark controlled it. It's been so open, end to end. Like the look of Wheatley though, just hope he gets his shooting boots on #bcafc

@Lace_1978 I think Kav still has a part to play personally. If we need to go 2 up top, he's perfect as that pressing forward, high energy and isn't the worst of finishers. Maybe L1 is a season too early for him?

@Narey4 Kav and Leigh need to go for me. No ill will towards either, I just think long we need better! If they go, we should have quite the pot to spend in the next 8 days

Another promoted player gone. Walker, Hilton, Kelly, Baldwin, Sarce, Laps, BP, Tyriek, Kav, and Leigh left. A few of those could still go. Talk about ripping up the squad and starting again #bcafc

Interesting to see that about half of the current squad were here in May; 7 in the 18 today, 3 started. Just feels like a high % of squad turnover. Shows how fast football can move #bcafc

Lincoln probably watching us thinking they'll comfortably get 3 points against us. What a waste of time that performance was. Down to 10 didn't make any difference. 2 shots on target, but both were feeble efforts. 2 corners all game. Just shite #bcafc
