@EliasMeseret The Airlines and the Security forces actions don’t justify the response and actions taken when asked for a proper and correct information. Safety reasons don’t justify misinforming your passengers!

"ላይቭ እያስተላለፍኩት ነው" ስለ አቪዬሽን አሰራር በቅርበት ስለምከታተል አንዳንድ ነገሮች ይገቡኛል ብዬ አስባለሁ፣ እናም በአንድ የኢትዮጵያ አየር መንገድ አውሮፕላን ውስጥ ስለተከሰተ ድርጊት የሚሰራጨውን ቪድዮ አይቼ ይህን ማለት ወደድኩ። በወቅቱ ተሳፋሪዎች ላይ ዛቻ፣ ድብደባ፣ ማዋከብ እና ማስፈራራት ከነበረ ስህተት ነው። ከዛ ውጪ ግን የካቢን ክሪው ለመብረር አደጋ አለው ብሎ ካመነ በረራውን የማቆየት እና የመሰረዝ ሀላፊነት አለበት። ተጓዦች ብዙ ሰዓት አውሮፕላን ውስጥም ሆነ ተርሚናል ውስጥ ቆይተው ተጉላልተው ይሆናል፣ ግን በተለይ ከትናንት ጀምሮ እንደሰማነው አይነት ጭጋግ ከተከሰተ አየር መንገዱ ቅድሚያ የሚሰጠው ለደህንነት ነው።  "እቀርፅሀለው"... "ላይቭ እያስተላለፍኩት ነው" በማለት ለማስፈራራት መሞከሩ ዋጋ የለውም፣ እንደውም ያልተለመደ የበረራ ደህንነት ሴክዩሪቲዎች ትዕግስት ገርሞኛል። በአንድ ወቅር ከፍራንክፈት ወደ ለንደን በነበረኝ በረራ ላይ አብራሪዎችን መነሻ ሰዓት አዘገያችሁ ብሎ ግርግር የፈጠረ አንድ ተጓዥ እንዴት አንጠልጥለው እንዳስወጡት አስታውሳለሁ። አየር መንገዱም ሆነ ኤርፖርት ውስጥ የሚፈፀሙ ህገወጥ ድርጊቶችን ደጋግሜ አንስቻለሁ፣ አንዳንዶቹ ላይም ማስተካከያ ተደርጓል። ግን እንዲህ አይነት አምቧጓሮም ተገቢነት የለውም። ለተሳፋሪ ደህንነት ሲባል በረራ አይደረግም ከተባለ በቃ፣ እዛ ጋር አበቃ። የትም አለም ላይ ያለ አሰራር ነው።

@EliasMeseret The entire situation reeks of an orgnz entitlement in knowing it is the only service provider with users limited options & avenues to take action against such blatant behaviors and handling of passengers and we as Ethiopians have embraced the culture of lack of accountability!!

@EliasMeseret It is the airlines job and responsibility to be planned and ensure passengers are properly informed so they are able to make necessary arrangements due to the inconvenience caused and be part of the solution. Not threaten, bully and assume their actions have no consequences.

@EliasMeseret As correctly mentioned adjusting flights due to weather conditions and for safety measures should be utmost importance and valid reason. Next then you make sure your passengers are properly informed! Not lied to and manhandled.
