Today I waited over 8 hours for recovery from @RAC_Care. Not only that, after trapsing for 20 minutes in heels to a garden centre to keep warm, was told that I clearly wasn't alone as there was background noise and the fact that I had a dog at home alone 'wasn't their problem'.

@UHDBTrust I have been stuck in an entirely starionary car for 2.5 hours trying to get out of your RDH staff car park and this is the 3rd time in 4 months it has taken over an hour. It is a completely unacceptable part of working here.

Puff piece. The ACTUAL key findings:
- TeachFirst teachers spend less time in the classroom and more time in the boardroom.
- TeachFirst retention is massively worse than other ITT routes.
It has always been a disastrous waste of money at the expense of real career teachers.
