@FitbitSupport @FitbitUK please clarify the refund for the Fitbit Ionic recall. I have heard different things and it isn't clear from the process or FAQs. If it's going to be a voucher for the Fitbit store please make this clear so people don't buy before it's issued.

It’s Jason, Mark’s brother here. Sadly, Mark passed away peacefully overnight. He was a truly remarkable man, and leaves behind his girlfriend Emily and baby daughter Eva who is 5 months old today. The biggest tribute you can pay to my brother is to stay at home.

@flysrilankan trying to rearrange some flights booked through go to gate and being told it will cost £484 which is almost as much as the flights cost the first time! Apparently most of the cost is down to the airline, any reason why?

@ASOS_HeretoHelp @ASOS do you check the items that get returned to you? Clearly been sent an item today which must have been returned due to it being faulty. The rose isn't attached and the box had been cut open and sellotaped shut! Very poor ASOS.
