I’ve emailed and left voicemails to sort a refund!!

@virginmedia 1 hour on hold with mobile phone team only for you to cut me off?! Awful customer service - 3rd time in a week I’ve spent an hour on hold to you - various times/days! Maybe the reason you “are experiencing a high volume of calls” is because your service is awful?!

@Pret Edinburgh Lothian Road - second time this has happened recently but last time one of the staff went away and sourced them for me!
