@shitscaredmum So sad , it’s been such a hard journey - please be kind to yourselves as you grieve the loss of Laura and also recover from the huge emotional and physical trauma of loving and looking after someone who you dearly love as they suffer and transition from this life 💔

I'm heartbroken to share the news that we lost our beautiful Laura in the early hours of this morning. She was fierce & tenacious to the end & it was truly the honour of my life to be her mum. We are devastated at the thought of life without our girl, she was a force of nature💔

@sacapedu A7 Know why you are doing what you are doing and sell that - not coaching. Coaching is a means to an end not just an end in itself. So sell leadership development or whatever you believe the coaching will lead to. Heightened self awareness is great but why #coachingcareer

@sacapedu Not sure about traits. Leveraging strengths works better in my experience, and things like no judgment, letting go of being expert, brutal self honesty, etc.

@robfarndell A5 Coaches do not need to psychologists but more and more mental health and well being issues surface in work place and coach needs to know how to recognise psychological concerns and refer them - ethical responsibility #coachingcareer

A5 - corporates who pay for coaching typically want business coaching, not life coaching that they are sponsoring #coachingcareer
