14 months & 1 day - 20 chemo cycles (6 neo adjuvant, 14 adjuvant) - 6 immunotherapy IV’s & Needles - 1 Right Breast Mastectomy Surgery - 3 weeks/15 Radiation Treatments - Countless blood tests - A handful of Echocardiograms - A handful of Mammograms, Ultrasounds and other CT & MRI Scans • -The start of 5 years of Hormone Therapy Injections (May 2025 to probably May 2030) - 2026 will bring the start of Bone treatments for 2-3 years, my oncologist & myself still need to discuss further which of 2 treatments I’m going to take. - Multiple more scans & blood tests to go over the next handful of years! • But today! Today was my LAST Chemo treatment and I FINALLY got to ring my last bell🔔🔔 • There are no words at this moment about how I feel about all of this and maybe it’ll be a few days or weeks🤷🏼‍♀️I just know that I will be forever grateful for my medical team and every single RN that had to put up with my trickster veins🙄 • And the biggest thank you and appreciation to every single family member, friend, coworker and neighbour who cared, who checked up on me with a simple text message or dm and sent positivity my way and kept me sane and going! Last night I spoke to over 150 people in Edmonton 🇨🇦 at the Ukrainian Youth Complex, covering the realities of war and raising funds for Ukraine. I had the honour of meeting the family of Nolan Victor Durie, who fell while serving with the Ukrainian military. His sacrifice, and the strength of those he leaves behind, is something I won’t forget🙏 A big thank you to all involved and the League of Ukrainian Canadians for making it such a successful evening 🇨🇦🇺🇦

The most common question I get asked on tour, so here it is……. Q. What can we do as a community to continue to support Ukraine’s efforts to defend itself? 1. Keep Ukraine visible (information matters) Russia relies heavily on fatigue and distraction. When attention drops, pressure drops. * Share verified frontline reporting, not recycled noise * Call out disinformation when you see it * Support independent journalists and war reporters This isn’t just online activism—it shapes public opinion, which shapes policy. 2. Fund the right things (not just anything with a flag) Donations matter, but direction matters more. * Support trusted Ukrainian charities and frontline units * Back organisations providing medical aid, drones, evacuation, and rehab * If you follow specific reporters or units, contribute directly where possible Random donations feel good. Targeted ones save lives. 3. Pressure your politicians (this is huge) Governments respond to voters, especially in democracies. * Write to MPs, attend local meetings, ask direct questions * Push for continued military aid, sanctions enforcement, and training support * Don’t let Ukraine become a “background issue” Political will is not permanent, it needs constant reinforcement. 4. Support Ukrainian voices, not just narratives Too many people talk about Ukraine without listening to Ukrainians. * Follow Ukrainian journalists, soldiers, analysts * Amplify their perspectives, not filtered takes from afar * Invite speakers, host discussions, keep real stories circulating This keeps the conversation grounded in reality, not abstraction. 5. Help refugees and displaced Ukrainians This is direct, human-level impact. * Volunteer locally with resettlement groups * Offer housing support, employment connections, language help * Even small gestures reduce pressure on families rebuilding their lives War doesn’t end at the frontline, it follows people. 6. Back long-term resilience, not just emergency aid * Support rebuilding efforts, education, and veteran care * Focus on mental health support and rehabilitation * Help create stability, not just survival Ukraine isn’t just fighting to win, it’s fighting to endure. 7. Stay consistent This is the uncomfortable truth: Most support fades over time. Russia is betting on that fatigue. The most valuable thing a community can do is not switch off.

I know most of my shot's would hit, the last 2 days of playing (on PS5) I'm now missing a TON of shots. My further shots I'd compensate for any drop before and aim a bit high and ya those shots are now missing from what seems to be overcompensating for any drop there used to be or I assumed there was before.

DICE have completely broken the RPG. It hasn't been nerfed. Its pointless now. The amount of shots that go through vehicles with no hit reg is crazy since update. Revert the RPG but just reduce the velocity by 15%. Easy @T0TALfps @DRUNKKZ3

I was put into "Chemically Induced Menopause" due to my 20 Chemo treatments and now the Aromatase inhibitor "Letrozole" pill I take daily for another 4 more years along with the injection I get every 12 weeks "Lupron" or "Leuprolide" that I have another 4 years on in order to suppress estrogen production. I've already been taking both for 1 year in May for the Triple Positive Breast Cancer I had. So, menopause at 38 and the only thing I dislike is the night sweats & hot flashes, walking gently on the treadmill or a biking on a stationary bike helps with the stiffness and stretching as well.

Hormone tests came out very poorly. More medication is waiting for me & few more tests. If you do not know the term "surgical menopause" and everything that it entails - you are lucky. The thyroid is still crazy. Referral for a head examination..🥺 Sad. I'm fucking stressed.🥺

An Air Canada plane crashes, resulting in the deaths of two pilots. Over on Radio-Canada, the "conservative" on the panel is having a fit that the Air Canada CEO didn't speak French in his video and demands his resignation over it. Someone should let these people on the panel know that the victims in this tragedy were the pilots and the injured passengers, not the French language.

Our hearts are with the friends, families, and loved ones of the two pilots lost, and with everyone impacted by the tragedy of AC Flight 8646. We are holding you in our thoughts during this incredibly difficult time.
