@eircare I spent an hour and a half on hold yesterday to be discounted, so I webchat which was of no help. I go to the store same thing they can’t help, so I try again today I ring 1901 and someone answers HOORAY but no they need to transfer me and can’t help so again I’m on hold

@eircare I want to cancel something but the cancellation number I was transferred to I have just been disconnected again, it’s so frustrating!!
