@Mc5calpAfee 7am was a great setup except for the unemployment news coming out at 8:15. I wanted to take it but decided to hold off due to the news.

7 AM would’vebeen 2-0 as well. Realistically, today was 5-0 between 5, 6, 7 setups for 6R. It was up 1.2 to start the week so that adds up to 7.2r this week so far for those 3 hrs using these setups 9 wins 4 losses

5am came 4ticks from tp and reversed. Personally if I took this. Would’ve took a partial win and or breakeven at worst and wouldn’t have let it reverse for a loss. I personally usually set tp 1-2 pts away to avoid these kind of nq reversals on the real trades personally.

@Mc5calpAfee I was able to catch this with one taken out at 25% and the second at 50%. Good setup on this one.

If I would’ve followed my system, it would’ve been 2-0for 2.6 R during 7 AM but that’s OK. Hope somebody caught one of those.

@Nateamp1981 Yeah really thought it was but all good. Better disciplined to miss it than force it and it be a loss

Really didn’t like the large bullish candle of nearly 100 pts to start the hour. Shorted open of candle inside 5am box took it to 25% range. Shorted retest no momentum so stopped for 6 pts at entry high. After a sweep of highs I entered on next candle short & took it to box low.

@Mc5calpAfee 6am looked like it wanted to retest highs but it just grinder lower…frustrating.

Really weird pa here on 5am setup and is a great example of where experience beats mechanical setups sometimes. Adjusted to price today and got 67 points in a 2-1 trades. 6am ran to tp without offering any entries. Daily goal has been met so likely slipping 7am and taking a nap.

@Nateamp1981 Because the signal fired at the top and hit 50% already for a winning trade. So no more entries are valid after the target hits

Giving examples of 6, 630, 7, 730, & 8 setups from today. 6am high taken. closed back inside. no retest. runs to 50%. No trade.

Not here for followers just journaling my trading my life and hoping to meet positive people and talk trading and somehow I have reached 3000 followers. I think just a couple months ago I was around 1000. I’m just a regular guy passionate about trading and helping others
