My ideal $SPY scenario over the next few weeks:
1) 13 straight up days off the lows → strong momentum move, but also short-term extended. A pullback can happen at any time and would be completely normal.
2) Prior all-time highs now become a major pivot → old resistance often turns into new support if the move is real. I’m watching that area closely.
3) 9/21/50EMA rising underneath price → moving averages are catching up, which can create healthier entries on a reset.
Ideal scenario = shallow pullback into prior ATH pivot + rising EMAs, not a deep emotional selloff. Strength usually pulls back constructively.
4) Wait for a bottoming process → I’m not blindly buying red candles. I want to see stabilization, tightness, reclaims, or intraday pivots form first.
5) Leadership matters more than the index here → continue focusing on names in strong groups making higher highs while the market digests.
Leaders often tell the story first!
6) If my trades keep working during the pullback → that’s a green light that conditions are still healthy and continue pressing forward.
As $SPY curls back up and builds the right side of this pullback, that’s when I look to add more aggressive exposure.
7) Aggression should be earned → if price reclaims highs and my names are acting well, I can size up.
My focus right now:
> Buy weakness in leaders
> Watch for the market to reset
> Watch for right-side setups
> Add when index + individual names confirm
The overlooking view is that we are still in a strong trend, a normal pause is likely, the next opportunity may come on the pullback, and not by chasing this 13-day extension!
This is exactly what I'm watching over the next few weeks.

MY THOUGHTS ON NO MORE PDT RULE!
Many have asked my opinion on this and how it will impact markets. I think it’s important to break this down into three separate groups: the skilled professional trader, the aspiring trader, and the normie.
THE SKILLED PROFESSIONAL TRADER
More unskilled capital and increased unskilled access in markets means more money for the skilled professional. Whether you’re a market-maker, discretionary trader, or whatever…. You benefit from this.
It’s the same as if you’re a pro poker player at a casino that then starts letting kids sit down at the table. Unskilled flow = your opportunity.
How might chart patterns change or evolve? I have no idea but I suspect it won’t be all that material besides a marginal increase in liquidity vs otherwise.
THE ASPIRING TRADER
This is maybe good for serious aspiring traders. Markets become more accessible and less restrictive. You can learn more safely with tighter guardrails if you want. Although this still shouldn’t be a substitute for refining your edge in a demo account and not risking real capital until you’re ready.
THE NORMIES
This is the group that is the largest in number and also the group that gets harmed. Trading is incredibly hard. Most will lose money. Without the regulation, many unskilled traders will trade more actively and will lose more money as a result.
Regulation has been decreasing recently which has allowed gambling markets and “prediction markets” to thrive. I don’t view any of these changes as a good thing.
Most normies will just be pissing their money away unproductively and to their own harm. This action takes money from the poor dopamine-hungry masses, give to the rich skilled traders.
It might surprise people, but I truly don’t believe most people should be day trading. Most people should never even attempt it. Yet the younger generation feels like their future prospects to achieve wealth are “cooked” so they are taking these negative expected-value opportunities at scale like sports-betting and day trading and funded trader programs.
CenterPoint by Clear Street@CenterPointSec
The SEC has approved FINRA’s proposal to eliminate the Pattern Day Trader rule. - No more $25K minimum equity requirement - No more “pattern day trader” designation or trade counting - No more 90-day lockouts for crossing the 4-trade threshold Under the new rule, margin will be determined by market exposure instead of account size. The change is expected to take effect within the next few months. CenterPoint’s account minimum has always reflected the premium execution and service our traders rely on. We are assessing the new framework and will announce any updates to our requirements when finalized.

10 - Kenan Yildiz is the first foreign Juventus player to reach double figures in goals before turning 21 in a #SerieA season; he's the seventh player to do so overall, the last being Roberto Bettega in 1970/71 (13 goals). Wonderkid.

@MickeyFactz I loved this cypher. Easily the best one I've heard in a long time. Haters gonna hate, no point in listening to them. I hope they drop more cyphers like this.

🗣️ Giorgio Chiellini: “I watched Baris Alper Yilmaz with admiration. He plays excellently in contact situations. You push him, you pull him, but he never falls. He's as strong as Kenan Yildiz. Players this strong are hard to find. He's the perfect player for the Serie A.
If possible, Juventus should go for him. At the end of the season, if conditions allow, we'll definitely have to sit down with Galatasaray's management.”

@AckermanAsaf ניצחון? משחק מכור, בלי השופט אינטר לא הייתה מנצחת. שלטנו על המשחק במחצית הראשונה והיינו טובים יותר
