@virginmedia Absolutely shocking service from you today. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Absolutely useless, leaving us without any connection and cut off from the outside world. Truly shocking.

@virginmedia It's nothing to do with our services, it's getting connected in the first place! And the awful customer service experience I've just had on the phone. This needs to be sorted today, I booked the install 3 weeks ago and was told there is no ground works to be done. Lies.

@ssencommunity @SSE is it really acceptable to leave us without usable power for 12+ hours yesterday (low voltage from 5am, then nothing from 10:30am), and then refuse compensation because the power didn't go off completely until 10:30am?! Dim lights & Alexa's don't cook food! 🤦🏻‍♂️
