@MYOB Thanks, @MYOB. What about the bit where the only way to cancel an app subscription is via a phone call > get referred back to the app > call back > pretend not to know client ID > wait on hold for 20+ mins before giving up and requesting call back?

@MYOB can I just confirm that the only way to cancel a SOLO account is to login to the website (not the app) and call a 1300 number that then refers me back to the app when I enter my client ID, because it's a SOLO account?

And then I have to call back and say I don't know my client ID (even though I do) and I can enter a flow where I try to cancel but am left on hold for infinity?
