@MYOB can I just confirm that the only way to cancel a SOLO account is to login to the website (not the app) and call a 1300 number that then refers me back to the app when I enter my client ID, because it's a SOLO account?

And if I eventually do get @MYOB on the phone, cancellations take 10 days?
