@MYOB I'm disappointed with how my subscription cancellation has been handled. I requested cancellation weeks ago, followed up with multiple emails, and even received your confirmation that it was cancelled. Unfortunately, another direct debit has just been taken and the subscription remains active. @MYOB just had the most frustrating experience trying to cancel MYOB which I have never really used. I wish I’d read the reviews before signing up because it’s an absolute scam. Sent back and forth between the phone and online platform and after 2 hours I’m no further forward.

@MYOB Thanks, @MYOB. What about the bit where the only way to cancel an app subscription is via a phone call > get referred back to the app > call back > pretend not to know client ID > wait on hold for 20+ mins before giving up and requesting call back?

@MYOB can I just confirm that the only way to cancel a SOLO account is to login to the website (not the app) and call a 1300 number that then refers me back to the app when I enter my client ID, because it's a SOLO account?

WTF. So my son just signed up for a TFN because he now works for my company. His email has zero online footprint. He immediately gets spammed by this bullshit local HR company @FlareAus pretending to have have been invited by MY COMPANY to join them. How TF did they get his email and that he has joined my company?

Getting a bunch of scam emails with @MYOB links. MYOB is run by a bunch of people whose sum total knowledge of information security would fit in the whate space of a postage stamp. No abuse contact, no way to report scams, no way to report a fraudulent “invoice.” 🙄🙄🙄

PSA: If, like me, you use MYOB for your small business, make sure that you review the plan you're on I was paying $150pm when a $17pm online plan was all I needed. @MYOB never made me aware that the online options existed
