Round 1 is week after conference championships. - Round 2 is week before Christmas. - Final 4 is New years. - Championship week after. Would be really close to the Super Bowl and could be a big marketing promo for “Champions Week. 3. One national signing day for high school on January 30th. Transfer Portal opens Feb 1. Closes March 1. Rosters are locked for the year once spring training starts. 4. Require public player contracts. Just like NFL. Can be mulit-year. All cleaned up.
