It's no longer in beta, the new Hudl is ready for all coaches and athletes this season! We'll continue to deliver new features and improvements leading up to and during the season, especially if we're getting feedback about what still needs to improve 😅

@CCrawleyGoodman No voiceover yet but it’s something we’re going to explore in a few weeks. There’s a lot more we can do with voice, commenting and notes in general that we see coaches doing a lot of workarounds for right now

@Nathaniel_Pat This will be helpful! Are there any voiceover features that I am missing? I would love to be able to include a voiceover in place of the current written note option.

At Hudl, we added a small improvement to help coaches when they're presenting to their team -- Laser Pen ✒️ Draw on video without it saving. No need to go back and delete any drawings you didn't want there long term What else should we do to improve presentations in Hudl?

This is nice! I’m assuming this is only in new Hudl? This would be a great addition to Classic Hudl. The library in Classic Hudl is much better and easier to navigate. LESS is more. Also, no one wants the Hudl “home” page with top 10 plays and tik tock type stuff. Also, when I share playlists with the team, it would be very beneficial if they got a text or push notification. Right now they do not.

@CoachYashinsky What are you doing in pivot tables? We have some new reporting functionality in the works that we’ll be releasing soon. Would be great to understand what you’re doing outside of Hudl so we can bring that analysis functionality to our reporting.

Defensive Coordinators-- how much of your breakdown is done in Excel using pivot charts and other data analysis outside of Hudl.

@AndrewBrinkman Got it, won’t invest in getting a HudlTV button on remotes

When I worked at Sling, we decided to stop buying button placement. It cost like 25 cents per remote and the ROI was negative.
