We've been waiting 5 hours for a dispatched @nationalgridNY tech to contact us and turn on our gas. Heavy winter storm outside, and 40* inside! And we have no way of contacting them until Monday. National Grid - how can we get a hold of you? You've left us literally in the cold!

@nationalgridNY technician knocks on my door to replace my gas meter. During installation he damages the header and shuts off the gas. Called a Master Plumber to repair but can’t get the gas back on as office is closed. Snowing and freezing, no heat or hot water. Not acceptable
