One of the coolest details in Avatar lore is that young Avatar Kyoshi took the same relic test that Aang did centuries later. Aang randomly picked the exact same ancient toys that belonged to past Avatars when he was just a baby, and that’s how the Air Nomads realized he was the Avatar. It’s basically their version of the reincarnation test. Meanwhile Korra really said forget the toys and just walked in bending water, earth, and fire at like 4 years old 😭😹

It troubles me that lack of urban/black representation in the fantasy genre. I know a grimy NY themed D&D campaign that takes place Eberron’s city Sharn would be fire, but no one is telling those stories.

@TomSweeneyINC I kinda feel like Filoni is treated similarly to Rebecca Sugar in a sense where they are two creatives who had massive influence on a studio in multiple aspects in positive ways, but their own project or the studio itself just brings their reputation down

@xmisspelleduser The hammer she uses is the same size as her and she swings it with the force to explode a bunch of bots, she's definitely on the upper end of raw strength. But she also was raised to be a lady so some part of her usually tells her swing wrong in order to be more modest.
