@Dorkstrict Its a stupid take, not hot. There's tiers in ranks. D4 has to jump 4 tiers, and if you take RP into account for preds, someone can have like 5-20x the amount of RP gained of a diamond player. Not to mention you can demote, so if you get to a rank you don't deserve, you demote.

@NaturalCronus He should still be aware of it, he’d notice if he made a comparison, he’s played other games that don’t suffer from it. The point is he’s not only already at a disadvantage playing xbox in pc lobbies, and dealing with SBMM, but he’s also got the input delay on top of that.

It sucks no one has told him how much input delay xbox has on apex legends, and they’re getting him to play in PC lobbies as well. It’s not their fault, no one has any idea until they swap between the 2 platforms, but he’s not getting a great experience playing with these guys.

Legends keep getting stronger 😬 While this is offset somewhat in comp by legend bans, the further this trend is pushed, the less apex becomes about gunplay, and the more it becomes about abilities. Thinking about @AyeJHawk's recent video on @TeamFalconsGG chance to win in Sapporo, a significant amount of the analysis on this chance to win the biggest tournament in @PlayApexEsports was on ability usage, and less about who hit their shots. This isn't NECESSARILY a bad thing, but it does stray from what made apex such a runaway hit in the first instance, a tightly polished core of movement + gunplay, supported by abilities, rather than trumped by them.
