Delighted to share our @NatureCancer paper, out today, on determinants of ICB response in GBM (link in 🧵) With bulk and single-nucleus genomic profiling of 181 ICB-treated tumors, we found that tumor RNA subtype (and not TMB!) predicts survival and shapes acquired resistance.
