@NavDey @NatalieEyebrow @gibbinsa Hi, after your new passport is printed, it can take a few days to be transferred to our delivery supplier and will therefore not be shown on their systems. When it’s ready for delivery, please be assured that our supplier will contact you with a tracking reference. Sam

@angehannam @HM_Passport @HM_Passport you get more help from other frustrated folk on twitter than your "customer services". They know nothing and they repeatedly out me off Fastrak when I have been calling for weeks and weeks kept saying it will be here. Just atrocious service causing so much pain
